FREST JOB SOLUTIONS LTD ("FREST Job Solutions", "we", "us", "our") is a UK-based managed job search service. We support clients through professional CV review, targeted applications and interview preparation. We are not a recruitment agency and we do not employ or place candidates directly. We do not sponsor workers and we do not issue Certificates of Sponsorship.

We offer two campaign packages:

• Frest Career Launch (£49) — up to 50 targeted UK job applications, live application tracker, CV review and up to 6 months' campaign duration.
• Frest Sponsorship Launch (£79) — up to 50 targeted UK Skilled Worker sponsorship applications, live application tracker, CV review and up to 6 months' campaign duration.

Non-purchasable services such as CV Review, Cover Letter Writing, LinkedIn Optimisation, Interview Preparation and Career Consultation are available on request; please contact us for pricing.

A Targeted Application is an application submitted by FREST Job Solutions to a vacancy that reasonably matches the client's qualifications, work eligibility, experience, skills, preferred job role, preferred location and preferences provided during onboarding.

Multiple applications to the same vacancy do not count as multiple targeted applications.

Positive employer responses include only:

• Telephone screening
• Assessment invitation
• Interview invitation
• Final interview
• Job offer

Requests for additional information from an employer do not count as a positive response.

Your campaign starts on the date your payment is successfully processed. The campaign start date is recorded automatically once payment is confirmed by our payment provider.

Your campaign completes automatically on the first of:

• 50 targeted applications have been submitted; or
• one positive employer response (as defined above) has been received; or
• six (6) months have passed since the campaign start date.

Your campaign ends when the first of the completion conditions above is met. Once ended, no further applications are submitted under that campaign. You may purchase a new campaign at any time.

Each package includes up to 50 targeted applications. We work in good faith to reach the full 50 wherever the market and your profile allow; we do not guarantee 50 applications where insufficient suitable vacancies exist.

• Provide accurate, truthful and complete information at onboarding and thereafter.
• Respond promptly to reasonable requests from our team.
• Behave professionally with any employer we connect you with.
• Keep login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected unauthorised access.
• Notify us promptly of any employer contact, interview or offer.

• Deliver the selected package with reasonable skill and care.
• Use our professional judgement when selecting targeted vacancies.
• Keep your data confidential in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Provide access to your dashboard for the duration of your campaign.

We do not guarantee interviews, job offers or employment of any kind. Hiring decisions are made solely by prospective employers.

FREST Job Solutions is not a sponsor and does not issue Certificates of Sponsorship. Our Sponsorship Launch package targets vacancies that may offer sponsorship; any sponsorship decision remains solely with the employer.

Fees are disclosed on the pricing page and on your payment screen. Payment is only requested after your onboarding has been reviewed and approved.

Payment is currently made by UK bank transfer to our company account (ANNA, sort code 23-11-85, account number 15133617, account name FREST JOB SOLUTIONS LTD). You must include the payment reference shown on your payment screen and upload proof of payment. Our team verifies each transfer, normally within 24 hours, after which your campaign is activated and an invoice is issued.

Online card payments via Stripe will be introduced in future. FREST Job Solutions never stores your card details.

Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced, except where required under applicable law. Services are deemed to have commenced upon successful payment.

We treat your personal information with strict confidentiality and only share it as required to deliver our services, with your consent, or where required by law.

We process personal data in accordance with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. See our Privacy Policy for full detail on the data we collect, how we use it and your rights.

You agree to receive service-related communications by email, phone or via your dashboard. You may manage your notification preferences at any time in your account settings.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FREST Job Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or your dashboard. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
